DELIVERY TIMES
Please note: All UK orders are dispatched by 2nd class post, on the day of ordering when the order is placed before 3pm and stock is available. After 3pm your order may be posted the next working day.
HOME DELIVERY ORDERS
'Sameday' titles:
- Orders placed on weekdays should arrive the following day, unless ordered after 3pm where an extra day should be allowed for delivery.
- Orders placed on Saturday mornings (before 11am) should arrive on Monday.
- Orders placed after 11am on Saturday or at any time on Sunday should arrive on Tuesday.
Note - we are dependent on the performance of Royal Mail to meet these delivery times. Orders may occasionally take an additional day to arrive.
Titles listed as available for dispatch within 24 hours:
- These titles normally take one day longer to arrive than 'Sameday' titles
Titles listed as available in 1-4 weeks:
- These titles have to be ordered directly from the publisher, and delivery time depends entirely on their efficiency. Most orders will take less than two weeks to reach us, but some will take longer. We will always let you know when your book has reached us before we send it on to you.
BRANCH COLLECTION ORDERS
Note - we will always email you to confirm a book has been successfully reserved. Please check you have received this before making a special journey to the store.
'Sameday' titles:
- Orders placed for branch collection will be available immediately during normal opening hours. Please check your local shop's opening times.
Titles listed as available for dispatch within 24 hours:
- We expect to receive these titles from our suppliers by midday on the day after you ordered, provided it was placed before 3pm, otherwise allow an additional day. We will contact you when your book arrives.
Titles listed as available in 1-4 weeks:
- These titles have to be ordered directly from the publisher, and delivery time depends entirely on their efficiency. Most orders will take less than two weeks to reach us, but some will take longer. We will always let you know when your book has arrived.
