How do I check on my order status?
- If you would like to check the status of your order you can login and follow the My account link at the top and right hand side of each page. You will find links for View open ordersand View orders placed this year. Your items will be shown with their current status.
- If you have further queries please email customer services. You can also telephone or email your local store.
How do I change my personal details?
- Click on My account to be offered the option to change your registered address, your selected shop, password and to amend or add email and telephone contact details.
What happens if I've forgotten my password?
- If you have given us an email just enter it into the box for password reminder on the My account page.
- Alternatively a member of staff in-store can help you and tell you your password.
